SFO Podcast with Vivian Robinson Q.C. on the Bribery Act

Print Friendly

We recently interviewed Vivian Robinson Q.C. General Counsel of the UK Serious Fraud Office (the principal enforcement agency for the new UK Bribery Act) and shall be posting that interview shortly.  In the meantime, the SFO has posted its own podcast with Vivian Robinson Q.C. about the new Bribery Act.  We encourage you to listen. The statements and explanations provided by the SFO are extremely useful in gaining insight into the application and enforcement of the new UK Anti-Corruption laws coming into force next April.
