SFO To Foreign Companies: Watch Out

Today we have written a guest post on the FCPA Blog in a warning to overseas companies about the Bribery Act.

Some commentators have questioned the likelihood that the SFO will seek to enforce the Bribery Act against overseas corporates notwithstanding the Bribery Act’s long arm jurisdiction.

Today we scotch that myth.
