Bribery Act Guidance to be published this week: We think this time it’s for real
Stories are circulating this afternoon that the Bribery Act guidance is to be published on Wednesday 30 March with the Act coming into force as early as July 1.
We think this time it’s for real.
We’ll be reviewing the guidance as soon as possible and posting the important takeaways on the site on Wednesday morning (if we’re right…).
